A little bit about me.

With an extensive background in Health and Social Care, I have gained working experience in many areas including addiction, terminal or life limiting illness, health anxiety, death anxiety, bereavement, HIV diagnosis, Anxiety and Depression, Panic disorder, Childhood sexual abuse and trauma.

After spending three years training for a qualification in counselling with Brighton University, I am a great believer in lifelong learning and continue to attend regular training in relevant areas.

As a Person-Centred counsellor, I offer a non-judgemental environment in which my clients are safe to unpack the things that are troubling them without fear or expectation. As we build a relationship based on trust and empathy, we can work together to better understand what might be going on, and enable you to move toward change.
